Chinese Construction Tycoons Sell Bulgarian Properties to Russian Oligarchs

China's largest security company - China Security & Surveillance Technology Inc. (CSST) is about to complete the construction of a luxurious residential complex near the village of Kantardjievo.

The news was announced by Mr. Atanas Stoilov, mayor of the Aksakovo Municipality.

The coquette two-floor villas will most probably be sold to rich Russians. The residential complex spreads on 30 ha and the total floorage of the villas is 12 ha.

The complex has its own water treatment plant, several swimming pools, spa centers and numerous other attractions. Its construction started back in 2007 with an initial investment of 100 million euro.
