Cleves acquires new luxury apartment project in Iztok borough

Cleves, the luxury Sofia apartment rental company, obtained a new building in the Iztok borough of Sofia with 34 apartments and a Class A suite of offices, which the company has referred to as "one of the finest residential developments in Sofia".

The project was nominated for "Building of the Year" competition in 2009, being close to Sofia airport and the Interpred Metro station.

According to the media statement, released on September 14, the new complex is part of the Este Home and Spa project developed by Este Properties EOOD, with the Cleves project worth 10 million euro. The Iztok borough estate is the company's fifth acquisition in Sofia.

The newly constructed estate, or Cleves Este, is at Samokov Boulevard, Iztok. Comprising 4759 sq m of apartments and offices, with up-market shops, cafes, health and beauty facilities on site, and underground parking, it additionally has a 540 sq m ground-floor suite of Class A offices.

Cleves is also in the process of acquiring a 40 million euro portfolio of up-market, new-build residential property in Sofia.
