Greeks Buy Real Estates in Bulgaria

altBecause of the widening financial and economic crisis in Bulgaria’s southern neighbor, the Greek investment funds operating here have switched to purchasing real estates, which yield between ten and twelve percent profit to the investor.

This became clear from the statement of Danos real estate agency manager Galina Dimitrova during the BalREc forum held in the central Bulgarian town of Stara Zagora.

“West European Investors also show interest in Bulgarian real estates, as the Polish and the Czech real estate markets have exhausted their potential,” Forton’s manager Mihaela Lashova explained.
