"Boris Georgiev" Art Gallery

Consecrated on September 18th, 1885, the building was constructed by master Gencho Kanchev from Tryavna, who also took part in the construction of the Cathedral in Varna. The city art gallery was established in 1944. It occupies its current original building since 1988, when it has been reconstrusted. Located in the very heart of the city the "Boris Georgiev" art gallery (it received its name in 1999) displays periodically exhibitions of various Bulgarian and foreign artists. There are 8 exhibition halls with a total area of 1 000 sq. m.
