Mirela Real Estate Agency guarantees that any personal data gathered in the process of realizing its activity, will be kept in confidentiality, won’t be used for goals, others than those gathered for, and won't be presented to third parties, without the agreement of their titular with the exception of the cases the law has made provision for.

In connection with realizing its main activities, Mirela gathers and processes information related to offering and searching of real estate properties on its websites, and for this purpose the real estate brokers and the office administrators submit information, sent by persons, who are potential clients, in the corporative data base. When searching real estate, these are name, telephone number, e-mail, budget (approximate piece of the deal), characteristics of the real estate searched for. When offering property these are name, telephone, e-mail of the owner, address of the real estate, sale price or monthly rent, characteristic features of the real estate, according to the corporate requirements for submitting specific information in the data base. When examining job applications these are: names of the candidates, telephone, e-mail, and biographic data.

Use of the gathered information
Mirela Real Estate Agency uses the information only with the purpose of realizing its sphere of activity and realizing the deals with real estate properties as wished by the users and the clients and the acceptance of new employers.

Regime of conceding the information
Mirela doesn't concede information on any grounds to third parties, about users' personal data, except in the cases when they agree with it and in the cases the law has provisioned.
With a view of the realization of real estate deals by the users, who submitted offer on Mirela web sites, Mirela has the right to concede to third parties only a description of the characteristic features of the property, following the rules of Mirela corporate practice and presented in the public section of its data base, according to the Terms for using Mirela web sites.
