The Festival and Congress Center

The Festival and Congress Center (the FCC) or as it is known by the locals "The Festival Complex" is one of te symbols of the city. It is located in the very heart of the city of Varna right next ot the main entrance to the Sea Garden.
In the complex there are 11 halls with different capacity and designation. The largest hall is with a capacity of 900 sitting places, a stage with dimensions 20/14 meters, a concert organ, 24-channel sound system etc.
Different concerts, film shows, seminars and theaster performances are taking place in the complex on a regular basis.
It is also the venue of many international events. The International Movie Festival "Love Is Folly" is the most important among them.
In the complex there are also a restaurant, a cafe, a bazaar.
