The Industrial Zone Varna West (IZVW) is locked between Devnya street, Vladislav Varnenchik street, Acad. Igor Kurchatov street and reaches all the way to the Varna Airport.
The area borders a railway and Varna lake to the south, Varna Airport to the west, Troshevo quarter to the north and Fruit and Vegetable Grand Market of Varna to the east.
In IZVW there are representative offices, company stores, production and warehouse bases of many private and state, as well as foreign companies.
Some of the companies based in IZVW are: Varnensko Pivo JSC, Dobrudjanski Hlyab JSC, Watersupply and Sewerage Company PLC, Stroitelna Mechanizatziya Ltd, Melnichen Complex, Glavbolgarstroy, Avtotransport Ltd, VAMO JSC, ROVER, Megachim Color Ltd., Cherno More JSC and many others.
On the territory of the area there are parking lots, petrol stations, Technopolis hypermarket, Selamore, car-stations, banks etc.
The buildings are predominantly up to 4-5 storey, industrial - warehouses, production complexes, company stores, show-rooms. There are administrative buildings, as well.
The area is well organized and very green.
Near the area there are two Piccadilly stores, Praktiker hypermarket, pharmacies, a Fruit and Vegetable Grand Market, a Business Park (an adminstrative complex where offices of many Bulgarian and foreign companies and represenatatives are set), a medical center, a post office, shops and petrol stations.
