Zavod Drujba area is locked between Anastasiya Jelyazkova street, Karaagach street, Gen. Kolev street, Drava Czech street, Nayden Gerov street, 8-mi Primorski Polk boulevard.
The area is attractive due to its proximity to the Sea Garden, Chataldja market and downtown the city of Varna.
The buildings are predominantly multi-storey. There is a lot of greenery in the area. The infrastructure is very well organized.
