Location

Akatsiya quarter is in North to the center of Veliko Tarnovo. It’s one of the most preferred neighbourhoods for living and investment in the town. It’s well-arranged and quiet, with lawn, located to the very centre. Most of the properties in the neighbourhood reveal amazing views to Stara Planina.

Architecture

The housing construction in Akatsiya is mainly brick, low-floor block of flats (not more than 5 floors). Most of the apartments are situated on large area – spacious and functional. Part of the buildings is made before 1990 year, but there are many new buildings for the last 7-8 years. The quarter is known for its green fields.

Education, health service and culture

There’s a day nursery (“E. Kisimova”) and a primary school (“P.R. Slaveikov”) in the neighbourhood.
