Briz ( meaning Breeze) neighborhood is located in the eastern part of city of Varna, right after Chaika neighborhood. It is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the city. It is a preferred area due to its proximity to downtown the city and the Sea Garden.
A large number of residential buildingsр complexes and houses are currently under construction. Due to the hilly terrain most of the buildings are providin g a view towards the sea. Many hotels and private vilas are serving the tourists, a s well as the second largest shopping center in Varna - Piccadilly Park.
There are 2 language schools and a professional high school in the food industry and chemical technology. In the neighborhood is the studio of Bulgarian National Television - Television Varna, which broadcasts the program "More". / Sea/.
Among visited beaches in the neighborhood are "Fourth buna" and "Pochivka." Within a walking distance are the Dolphinarium, the Zoo and the Museum of Natural History.
There are convenient bus lines to the center and the resorts.
