Vasil Levski quarter is one of the outermost residential regions in the capital.
Levski quarter is situated in the north-eastern region of city of Sofia, with sfift transport links to the Donwtown. It faces Suhata reka quarter on west, Botvgradsko shosse Blvd on south. The quarter consists of so-called old and new parts - Vasil Levski / the old one/ and Levski V and G / the new one/. They are divided by Vladimir Vazov Blvd.
For the quarter Vasil Levski are typical single-family houses with gardens, a well-developed infrastructure, quiet and tranquil streets and greenery.
Green areas in the new part of the neighborhood are relatively less. Its construction is made mainly on agricultural lands, which had not been afforested.
Levski quarter is full with panel buildings. Most of them are built in the last twenty years. The variety of properties is huge - from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Commercial areas are located on the ground floors in some of the buildings /mainly in Levski V/.
