Vazrazhdane is a residential complex at 90 -150 meters altitude in the southern foothills of Frangensko plateau in the western part of Varna, composed of 4 micro regions in the period 1980 - 1993.
Here are secondary and primary schools, kindergartens, service stations, gas stations, cafes, Kaufland hypermarkets and many supermarkets.
There is high-rise housing, with the presence of blocks of  flats of 16 floors. The complex is linked to the central part of the city by trolley bus lines 83, 88 and buses 14 and 148. At first micro region are build luxury gated residential complexes.
Vazrazhdane borders Vladislavovo quarter, and  boulevard Tsar Osvoboditel separates it from Mladost  quarter.
Population 40 000 inhabitants.
The two schools in the neighborhoods  are located in one building: school Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov and school Sofroni Vrachanski.

Landmarks

Over the neighborhood is one of the largest monastery complexes in the Balkans - Teke Karaach. It was discovered at the beginning of XX century by the founder of the Bulgarian archeology Karel Shkorpil.
Comprehensive surveys and excavations began only in 1995 and, with some interruptions, continued until  2007.
The complex is unique in its planning scheme and size, with no parallel in neither Bulgarian, nor the Byzantine building tradition.
Supposedly it was built at the end of the  IX and the beginning of the X century by St. Tsar Boris.
Until today  cleared and partially explored have only been about 5 decares ie. less than half of the area on which the monastery was situated.
