"Zimno Kino Trakiya" area is locked between Dr. Pyuskyuliev street, Georgi Benkovski street, Radko Dimitriev street, Angel Kanchev street, Hadji Dimitar street.
The area is predominantly built-up with 3-4-storey buildings and houses, this is where the offices of many companies, lawyers and notaries are located. Downtown the city of Varna and the Co-operative market are in only 5 minutes walking distance from the area. One of the main boulevards in the city - Vladislav Varnenchik - is passing through the area, as well. All this makes it a very attractive place to either work or live.
