Devetak is a village in South east Bulgaria, in Karnobat municipality, Burgas district.

The village is located 16 km east of Karnobat, to Muchuritsa river, 68 km from the town of Burgas, where there is railway station, international airport and port.
Situated on altitude of 200m. With favorable climate with influence from the Black sea.
Population of about 200 m.
The region is traditionally agricultural, as a priority is developed cereal growing.
In the village there are shops, post office, mobile telephone service, church, medical care,community center, public transport to the closest town of Karnobat.
In the vicinity - 15-16 km west from Burgas is Straldja swamp. At the beginning of XX century is the largest inland lake in Bulgaria. Today Straldja marsh has favorable living conditions for waterfowl included in Bulgaria's Red Book as rare or protected species from extinction.
