Dobri dyal is a village in northern Bulgaria, part of the municipality Lyaskovets, Veliko Turnovo Region.
It is 19 km northeast of Veliko Tarnovo and 12 km east direction of Lyaskovets and 15 km southeast direction of Gorna Oryahovitsa.
The population is about 1200 inhabitants.
The terrain is lowland, with an average altitude of 120 m.
Climate in the region is temperate and is characterized by cold winters and hot summers. Annual rainfall is below average.
The village has well-developed with excellent infrastructure, including electrification, water-main, partial sewerage system, telephone, internet and cable TV.
Regular bus transport connects it with Lyaskovets. About half a kilometer European route E772 passes close and connects with two parts of the Hemus highway.
There are primary school, kindergarten, community center and church. Well-developed network of commercial outlets and cafes.
A general practitioner serves the population of the village.

In the land of the village there is a Roman-Byzantine fortress of period V-VI century and Thracian fortress.
About 1.5 km away from Dobri dyal dam that offers good conditions for hiking, relaxing, organizing picnics and fishing.
The convenient connections to the town Veliko Tarnovo allows visits to view attractions such as the number of and Arbanassi monasteries and museums.
