Dolna Beshovitsa is a village in North-west Bulgaria. It is located in Roman Municipality, District of Vratsa.
It stands abotu 7 km north-west of the town of Roman, about 38 km eats of the town of Vratsa and approximately 111 km north-east of the capital of Sofia.
The relief in the area is hilly, with average altitude 250 m. Climate is characterized with cold winters and hot summers with little rain.
The village has electricity and water. There is coverage of mobile operators and bus transportation to the municipal town and the surrounding villages.
In the village of Dolna Beshovitsa live about 315 residents, who have at their disposal a town house, church and shop. The closest schools, kindergarten, post office, railway station, restaurants and shops are in the town of Roman.
Medical services for the village population are provided in the town of Roman as well.
The village is small and beautiful, with great conditions for development of eco-tourism.
About 2 km south-west is "St. Arhangel Michail" Monastery, which is declared monument of architecture and artistic monument of culture.
In the neighboring village of Gorna Beshovitsa /6 km north-west/ is St. Dimitar Church, which is also architectural monument of culture.
