Hadzhievo is a village in Southern Bulgaria. It is located in municipality Pazardzhik, Pazardzik district.
The village is situated 12 km northwest direction from the town of Pazardzhik, 8 km from the town of Stamboliiski and 29 km from the town of Plovdiv.
The population is about 1150 inhabitants.
The terrain is plain with average altitude of 195 m. The climate in the area is transcontinental. The winter is mild with average temperatures about 1-2ºС and the summer is cool with average temperatures about 24ºС.
Transport – main asphalt road connects it with two towns in this area – Stamboliiski and Pazardzhik. About 5 km northern passes by Trakia highway that is one of the main roads in the region.
In the village there is a school, kindergarten and a community center. The closest medical center is in the town of Stamboliiski.
Tourism
The town of Batak is situated in closeness and you can go fishing, hunting and do all kind of tourism as well as winter and water sports.
Devin is surrounded by green rocky hills the west is saved from cold and stormy northwest and west winds. The region of Devin stands with favorable weather conditions - mild winters, cool summers and long number of sunny days. The air is fresh and pleasantly cool, humidity is normal.
Also not far are situated the town of Chepelare and Pamporovo Resort where you can find the perfect conditions for winter sports.
