Lyaskovo is a village in Southern Bulgaria. It is part of Chernoochene Municipality, Kardzhali region.
In Bulgaria there are five more settlements with the same name - in the municipality of Devin, Smolyan Region, in the municipality of Dobrich, Dobrich Region, in the municipality of Stara Zagora, Stara Zagora Region, in the municipality of Aytos, Burgas Region and in the municipality of Asenovgrad, Plovdiv Region.
Lyaskovo is located 9 km north-west of the village of Chernoochene, 24 km north of Kardzhali, 33 km south-west of Haskovo and approximately 223 km south-east of the capital Sofia city.
The village of Lyaskovo spreads in the Eastern Rhodopes, at an altitude of about 454 m. The relief is mountainous and the climate characterizes with warm summer and cold winter. There is regular bus transport to the neighbouring villages.
Lyaskovo is the third largest village in the municipality of Chernoochene with population of approximately 580 people.
The village's infrastructure is settled with partly asphalted and lighted streets. There are water and electricity supply systems. Lyaskovo comprises a mayor viceroyalty, a primary school "Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov", a mosque and a grocery store. Community center and GP you will find in the village of Gabrovo /6 km south-west/. The nearest kindergarten and health centers are in Chernoochene.
Near the village of Lyaskovo, close to the village Daskalovo /5 km in the south-west/ you will find two microdams -Daskalovo 1 Dam and Daskalovo 2 Dam which are suitable for fishing.

In the village of Zhenda /19 km in the south-west/, in the Asar Kaya area you will find the remains of a Thracian fortress and sanctuary located on a high rock terrace with a magnificent view to the region.
