Rosen is a village in north-eastern region of Bulgaria, part of General Toshevo Municipality, Dobrich District.

The village is situated near the Romanian border, 50 km from Dobrich, 18 km from the municipal center - General Toshevo and 60 km from Balchik, 86 km south of the city of Varna and Varna International Airport.
The population is about 150 people.
In Rosen there is a shop. In the nearby village of Krasen, which is located 2 km away there is a school, medical center and mail.
The main occupation is agriculture, driven by good nature - flat topography and fertile soils.
Nature in this part of Bulgaria is very beautiful. The climate is mild, because of its proximity to the Black Sea, which favours the development of eco and rural tourism. 2 km from the village dam, suitable for picnics and fishing.
