Troyanovo is a village in southeast Bulgaria in Kameno municipality, Burgas region.
In Bulgaria there is one other settlement that carries the same name in Radnevo municipality, Stara Zagora region.
The village is about 30 km west of the town of Burgas, 25 km southeast of the town of Karnobat, 170 km east of Stara zagora and about 385 km southeast of the capital Sofia.
In proximity to Troyanovo there is small dam with the same name.
The permanent population is about 1350 people.
The relief is plain. The climate is temperate and pretty much influenced by Black sea.
The village is well maintained and with good infrastructure. There are constructed water, electricity systems and phone system. Here are functioning town hall, primary school, kindergarten, and are working two GPs. Regular bus transportation connects it to the near settlements as well as to the sea resorts.
In the area are situated four natural reserves that have international significance - Uzunbodzhak, Silkosiya, Ropotamo and Atanasovsko lake.
The greenery here makes specific but at the same time very healthy micro climate on the territory for relaxation that makes it suitable for village and research tourism. The forests in Strandzha and Sakar mountain are in proximity and make good conditions for hunting.
In the area there are thermal mineral water springs with different temperature and chemical balance and this is good paramount for the development of the balneo and SPA tourism.
