Vaglevtsi is a village in Veliko Tarnovo, Veliko Tarnovo region. 

It is located 20 km south of Veliko Tarnovo, 11 km in the same direction of Kilifarevo, 3 km north of the village of  Voneshta voda and about 20 km north - east of Tryavna. 

The village is situated at the foot of Stara Planina, on the banks of river Belitsa. 
Through Vaglevtsi passes the road Veliko Tarnovo - The Pass of the Republic / Hainboaz / - Gurkovo city. 

The population numbers about 50 people. There is transportation which connects the village with Veliko Tarnovo and Kilifarevo. 

There are electricity and water supply systems. The village has grocery stores, restaurants, community center, hotel with swimming pool, guest houses. Nearest schools and kindergartens are located in Kilifarevo and health care is covered by health facilities in Veliko Tarnovo. 

The guests of Vaglevtsi can visit the following landmarks: 

• The Bridge over the river Belitsa which was built at the beginning of XX century. 
• Village of Voneshta voda, known as a healing mineral water and as the birthplace of Filip Totyu. 
• Kalifarevski monastery "Nativity of the Virgin, located about 7 km north of the village. The monastery was founded in 1348 at the time of Tsar Ivan Alexander.
