Varba is a village in Northwestern Bulgaria. It is located in the municipality of Belogradchik, Vidin region.

There is one more village called the same way, situated in Smolyan region.

Varba is located 12 km northwest of the municipal center Belogradchik, the same distance southwest of Dimovo city, 49 km in the same direction from the town of Vidin and 187 kilometers northwest of the capital Sofia city.

The village is located in a ravine, protected by various natural disasters. It is surrounded by cultivated but abandoned land. There are deciduous trees - oak and beech, the climate is temperate-continental, the altitude reaches 299 meters.

The population of Varba numbers 20 people.

Varba does not have educational institutions and medical care. There are high school, primary school and kindergarten, as well as GPs, dentists and specialist in children's diseases in the town of Dimovo.
The coverage of mobile operators is weak due to the geographic location of the village.

Landmarks: 

Martvitsa river flows through the village, there are an ancient cemetery and an abandoned mill in the area.

A meteorite with parts in Budapest and London falled in the forest near the village in 1876. 

Magura cave- one of the most beautiful caves in the country and Rabishko lake- the largest inland lake in the country are 6 km away from the village.

Belogradchishki rocks- perhaps one of the most famous rock formations in Bulgaria are 12 km away.
