Cheshnegirovo is a village in Southern Bulgaria, part of Sadovo Municipality, District of Plovdiv. It is one of the oldest villages in the municipality.

The village stands 20 km north of Plovdiv, 4 km south-east from the town of Sadovo and 26 km north-west from the town of Parvomay.

The population is about 2000 residents.

The relief is flat and hilly, with average altitude if 160 m.
The climate in the region is continental, characterized with soft winters and warm and dry summers.

There is settled infrastructure, including electrification, piping system, partial sewerage system, telephones, Internet and cable TV.

About 2 km away from Cheshnegirovo E 80 is passing, connecting the village to the town of Sadovo, Plovdiv, etc. There also is a railway station on the route Plovdiv- Svilengrad.

There is regular bus line from and to the town ofSadovo.
The village has a town house, primary school, kindergarten, community center with library and church, a number of shops and restaurants.

There is a health service center for the population of the village.

Attractions

About 7 km away runs the river Maritsa, a suitable for fishing, walks and recreation destination.
The place Azmaka is in the surroundings of Cheshnegirovo, and there is a small chapel built there.
