Antimovo is a village in the municipality of Vidin, Vidin region. 

In Bulgaria there is another village bearing the same name - in Tutrakan municipality, Silistra region. 

It is situated 10 km northwest of the town of Vidin, 110 km northwest from Montana, 60 km north from Belogradchik and about 210 km northwest of Sofia. 

Antimovo has regular transport to the town of Vidin. 

It is located 2 km from the Danube, close to its constituent is Danube Bridge 2. 
The climate is characterized by cold winters and hot dry summers. 

The population numbers about 700 people. 

The village has a fully developed electricity and water supply systems. There is a range of mobile operators. Antimovo has town hall, post office, health center, church, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants. Nearest school and hospital are located in the town of Vidin. 

OPPORTUNITIES FOR TOURISM: 

The area is suitable for development of fishing tourism due to proximity to the Danube. 

Interesting opportunities for tourism offers Vidin, where are the fortress "Baba Vida", the mausoleum of patriarch Antim I and many other attractions are situated. 

Another interesting destination is the town of Lom, which is located about 60 km away. There are a historical museum, the ancient fortress Almus, center "Perseverance" building of the former School of Pedagogy, Borunskata church and others.
