Lyuben is a village in Southern Bulgaria. It is in Saedninenie Municipality, District of Plovdiv.
There is another settlement with the same name in Sitovo Municipality, District of Silistra.
It stands less than 13 km north-east of the town of Saedinenie, about 30 km north-west of the town of Plovdiv and about 150 km east of the capital of Sofia.
Trakia Motorway (A1) passes about 20 km south of the village of Lyuben. Regular bus transportation links the settlement to the towns of Saedinenie and Plovdiv and the surrounding villages.
Landscape in the vicinity is flat, and average altitude is 240-250 m.
Climate in the region is transcontinental, characterized with well expressed in spring and summer droughts and mild short winters.
Population of Lyuben is about 331 residents.
Infrastructure is settled with partly asphalted streets with lights, water-supply and sewerage system, telephone lines and coverage of mobile operators.
There is a town house, community house and shops.
Medical services for the residents of Lyuben are provided by GP in the village if Tsereletevo less than 5 km south-east. The closest schools are in the town of Saedinenie, and closest hospitals ate in the town of Stamboliyski and Plovdiv.

In the vicinity of the village there is a reservoir for sports fishing (Pyasachnik Reservoir - about 16 km away, by the village of Belovitsa).
The town of Hisarya stands about 40 km north-east of Lyuben. It is known for its springs with various physico-chemical characteristics and temperature, with proven curative qualities.
About 100 km south, in Rodopa Mouantain are the town of Chepelare and the ski resort of Pamporovo, with excellent conditions for skiing and snowboarding, and because of the beautiful Nature, they attract tourists in summer months as well.
