Pchela is a village in southeastern Bulgaria. It is part of Elhovo municipality, Yambol region.

It is situated 10 km west of Elhovo, 18 km northeast of Topolovgrad and 40 km south from the toen of Yambol. The Turkish border is 25 km away and the European road E-85 is 15 km away.

Kalnitsa River passes through the village, which flows into the river Tunja. In the lands of the settlement there are two dams.

The population is about 420 people.

The terrain is flat and the soil is fertile - suitable for growing almost all kind fruits and vegetables. The altitude ranges from 200 to 299 m. Climate is continental, typical of the Upper Trachian Valley. In a lesser degree is the influence of the Black Sea and the Mediterranean. The region is one of the hottest in the country.
