Dinkovo is a village in northwestern Bulgaria. It is located in the municipality of Ruzhintsi, Vidin region.
It is located 20 kilometers northeast of Ruzhintsi, 49 km southeast of Vidin city, 40 km northeast of the town of Belogradchik, 23 km west of the town of Lom and about 154 km northwest of Sofia city.
Dinkovo is the most eastern point of Vidin region.
The village is situated on Lom River. The average altitude is 154 meters. The climate is characterized by warm and relatively dry summer and cold winter.
Dinkovo population numbers about 135 people.
The nearest school, kindergarten and medical care are in Ruzhintsi.
Near the village is located Drenovets dam, which is the largest in the area. Along with the Lom River and the Danube River offer very good conditions for fishing.
The Belogradchik Rocks are rock formations located about 37 km away in the town of Belogradchik. They are part of a hundred tourist sites.
Near Dimovo city, about 25 kilometers northwest of the village is located Izvorski monastery .
"Magura" cave is the largest cave in the country, which is 35 km away.
