Parvomaytsi is a village in the municipality of Gorna Oryahovitsa, Veliko Tarnovo region.
It is 5 km northwest of Gorna Oryahovitsa, 12 km northeast of Veliko Tarnovo and about 230 km in the same direction from the capital Sofia.
It is located on the Yantra River, at an altitude of 104 meters climate is characterized by warm summers without much heat and cold winters, with a long, sharp frosts are rare.
The population is about 2700 people. The village is the largest village in Veliko Tarnovo area. There is bus service to neighboring towns.
Parvomaytsi has a town hall, community center, primary school, kindergarten, shops. Medical care is undertaken by a general practitioner, a dentist and a rheumatologist. Hospital operates on the territory of Gorna Oryahovitsa.
