Kosharite is a village in West Bulgaria. It is situated in Radomir municipality, Pernik region.
It is 7 km south of the town of Radomir and 20 km southeast of the town of Pernik. The capital Sofia is 47 km northeast.
It is located in Radomir hollow and its altitude is between 500 - 700 m. The climate is temperate and is characterized by severe, snowy winter and cool summer. The fall is short, rainy and foggy. The spring is cool and also does not last long.
Bus and railway transportation connect it to the other settlements.
The permanent population is about 98 people.
Here are functioning mayor's vice royalty, store and tavern. The nearest GP works in the village of Priboi (6 km). In Radomir are situated the nearest schools, kindergartens and there you can get specialized medical assistance.
The located in proximity dams of Chervena mogila (5 km), Stefanovo (7 km) and Pchelina (9 km) are ideal place for tourism and relaxation. They offer great opportunities for the people who enjoy fishing.
